Sewn Products Equipment Company To Exhibit Never-Before-Seen Products at Texprocess Americas
By SPESA
SPESA member Sewn Products Equipment Company (SPEC) will be exhibiting at the upcoming Texprocess Americas trade show, May 10-12 in Atlanta. Take a look below at some of what you can expect to see from SPEC in Booth #1231 at Texprocess Americas, including new products never-before-seen at this show.
Fusing Line
SPEC will be demonstrating an impressive conveyor belt-style fusing machine with intake feeder belt system (so more operators can feed the machine) and an automatic stacking machine to stack the product after it is fused. SPEC stackers can be configured to any existing or new system.
Take a look a the products on the SPEC website:
Automatic On the Roll Slitting System - FA-500
The Svegea Model FA-500 is a heavy duty, fully automatic roll-slitting machine. It will slit any type of material on the roll (e.g open knits, woven fabric, PVC, Vinyl, Satin, polyester, paper products, non wovens, etc.). This automatic roll slitter helps operators convert larger width rolls into narrow width goods. It allows companies to save more material, increase safety precautions, and have a more effective operation. This system is able to cut 15.75” outside diameter rolls.
New Collarette System
SPEC is also bringing a newly designed Collarette cutting system to Texprocess Americas. This is brand new to the market in 2023. It will increase capacity and make this a more efficient operation for whoever needs to produce collarettes for their apparel.
The FA500 and Collarette machines have never been seen at Texprocess Americas before.
