The Sewn Products Equipment & Suppliers of the Americas (SPESA) is excited to announce that a new company has joined its impressive roster of members. Read below for the inside scoop on Brighi USA, the U.S. branch of Italian company Brighi Tecnologie Italia.

What Kind of Products and Services Does Brighi Offer?

Brighi develops and manufactures customized machines for pillows, cushions, quilts, sofas, carpets, and mattresses. We cover all the steps from raw material processing to accurate pre-weighing, filling, sewing, all the way to packaging, and we offer innovative solutions to recycle production scraps.

We offer a considerable range of products, from single machines up to complete integrated lines, both semiautomatic and fully automatic in the bedding, upholstery, and foam production industry.

Where Is Brighi Based and Where Do You Do Business?

We are based in Houston, Texas, and do business all over North and Central America under Brighi USA, and in the rest of the world, mainly Europe and Asia, under the parent company Brighi Tecnologie Italia. In the U.S., we also have a Technical Center in Georgia and showrooms in 3 cities: Thomson, Los Angeles, and Phoenix.

What Makes Brighi Unique?

We specialize in complete lines, from raw material processing to packaging; all our machines and software are designed as an open system so that each module can be implemented at any time. When working on a new project, we analyze the customer’s entire production process so that we can study tailored solutions for a fast return on investment. By customizing a project to meet specific needs, our customers are able to save on transport and logistics through optimal packaging, reduce raw material purchase thanks to efficient opening of fibers and microfibers, and reuse waste for high-quality products.

Where Can Customers Meet You?

In 2025, we’ll be at Texprocess Americas for the first time, at the Furniture Manufacturing Expo, and at Foam Expo North America. In Europe, the biggest trade shows in 2025 will be Heimtextil in January and Interzum in May. We’ll also meet customers at our permanent showrooms across the U.S. all year around to show machines in action and test them with customers’ products.

Efficient and quick services and support are for us the most important thing, which is why we are present on the field to quickly solve issues or, even better, prevent them thanks to our preventive maintenance technologies that assist our experts in their everyday activities.
