The New PFAFF CONNECT - For a Smart Shoe and Garment Production

Machine data anytime, everywhere – PFAFF CONNECT is a new modern INDUSTRY 4.0 concept for intuitive machine control and an optimized process & productivity monitoring. It ensures a maximum process transparency, it is cost-effective and easy to install and it can be integrated into any company network. Specifically, PFAFF CONNECT realizes a connection to the latest generation of PFAFF control units with P1 panel (via OPC UA interface for data integration in MES software), e.g. panels of the electronic post-bed sewing machine PFAFF 1591 or the large area sewing units PFAFF 3690. A dashboard for each single machine as well as a dashboard for a complete production line is possible.

PFAFF CONNECT has been showed for the first time on SIMAC fair in Milano/Italy in 2024. At present it will be installed at a Italian premium shoe producer. PFAFF CONNECT increases productivity, efficiency and quality.
